NoteNav processes audio to create synchronized bass and guitar tabs. This policy describes the data used to provide and secure that service.

Information we process

• Audio uploads, covers, and track metadata.
• Generated event files, synchronized audio, tabs, job logs, and decode settings.
• Account, credit-ledger, purchase, and receipt information.
• For signed-in Songbook users, track views, preview starts, practice starts and completions, scores, and Like or Dislike choices used to personalize recommendations.
• IP-derived signup-abuse signals. Raw signup IP addresses are not stored by the bonus system.
• Product telemetry and diagnostics needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use and share data

We use this data to run transcription and playback, process payments, prevent abuse, provide personalized Songbook recommendations, provide support, and diagnose reliability issues. Infrastructure, AI, email, storage, and payment providers process data only as needed to deliver those functions. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may update your account or request deletion of your account and uploaded tracks. We retain signed-in recommendation history for the lifetime of the account and delete it when the account is deleted. Other records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
